Primary contributor to the NSOC Virtual Tour in which development, narration, and
scripting was provided. Resulted in tens of thousands of individuals learning virtually about
the operations center and led to NSOC winning the Learning of the Year award. Designed
using the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation model.
Led NSOC’s communications program and in-so-doing served as the primary lead for two
