groups comprising over 1,000 participants representing a diverse group of persons all across
the intelligence community and its partners including junior and senior analysts, military
personnel set to deploy to hostile areas, legal analysts, and a CEO of a telecommunications
company. Received the highest positive feedback rating of any other person in the
organization providing similar instruction.
 Primary contributor to the NSOC Virtual Tour in which development, narration, and
scripting was provided. Resulted in tens of thousands of individuals learning virtually about
the operations center and led to NSOC winning the Learning of the Year award. Designed
using the analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation model.
 Led NSOC’s communications program and in-so-doing served as the primary lead for two
corporate-level events requiring multi-office collaboration to include NSA Corporate
