24. • Found in 2007, MiniLuxe is a chain of 12 beauty salons (and expanding)
across Boston and Texas that has a vision to become ‘Starbucks of Nail
Salons’ . The brand has won numerous accolades, including Best of Boston,
Best of Dallas and has naIonwide growth plans.

• MiniLuxe wanted a robust technology architecture to manage bookings
and be able to generate insights from the data collected.
Challenge
•We provided the enIre technology architecture for Miniluxe. Using
techniques borrowed from the on-demand and new commerce markets
pioneered by companies like Uber and Warby Parker, Miniluxe is
transforming the whole experience of how workers are employed, store
space is occupied, and customers are treated.
•ApplicaIon of technology extends beyond mobile apps, the company uses
high tech point of sale systems, and employs a large data mining and
collecIon system on the back end.

• MiniLuxe has gained cult status with its discerning clientele in Boston,
