Managed all electrical subcontractors in the design and installation of Medium and Low
Voltage Power, IT and Lighting equipment on various fast-track projects. These included
the largest privately financed building endeavor ever attempted in the United States.
This endeavor also encompassed the distinction of being largest LEEDS project ever
attempted globally.
Project duty particulars included overseeing:

12.47 sub-stations
60/51 story split-towers hotel with 4,000 plus luxury rooms
Parallel 37 story high-end residential towers with 300 plus residences each
57 story tower with 1400 plus luxury Hotel/Condo rooms
47 story tower with 600 plus luxury Hotel/Condo rooms
Approximately 500,000 square feet of retail shopping, dining and entertainment
Full size 1800 seat theatre for live music/dance/the arts
The final cost of this fast-track project was in the billions of dollars.

Electrical Design, Coordination and Publication of construction reference documents.
Duties included the attendance of all design, life safety and contractor coordination
meetings as design coordinator between local and international process owners.
2001-2003 Inland Electric
Project Manager - General Foreman
Instrumental in forming Inland Electric’s commercial division. Projects ranged from new
construction including rehab construction on numerous commercial/residential high-rise
development projects. Responsible manager for projects that included setting schedule
of values and cost codes, producing coordination-installation and final as-built
documentation. My position also encompassed the placement and management of new
field supervision and employee evaluations for the Commercial Division.
