iClub Presenting Companies overview

  1. 1. Kendrick Advisory & Advocacy Group (KAAG) www.KAAG.co Disclaimer: iClub is an initiative of KAAG. This is not a solicitation to purchase or sell securities and everyone will be instructed to do their own due diligence before investing in any deals. Joining this network does not create an attorney-client relationship or an investment adviser relationship with KAAG or its owners, agents or principals. iClub An overview for potential Presenting Companies What is iClub? A network of individuals who have disposable income to invest in private investment opportunities (PIOs). Individuals do not have to be an "accredited" investor to join the network but for some PIOs, only accredited investors will be invited to participate in certain presentations. What is the cost? It's FREE for participants/potential investors to sign up for the network but a fee is required if individuals decide to participate in a KAAG hosted "presenting" opportunity from a Presenting Company to invest in their company; presenting parties are NOT CHARGED AT ALL to present but will have to submit preliminary information when they request to present. How is this DIFFERENT? • What makes this DIFFERENT than just presenting to a random group of people?(1) Investors are preliminary vetted ahead of time for the best outcome (2) Companies can interact "face to face" with a small group of vetted individuals as well as answer questions from potential investors and (3) There is NO CHARGE to present. We do all the work. • Why is this DIFFERENT than other investment groups?- (1) More than tech companies can and will present, (2) more inclusive investors allowed (You don’t have to be an accredited investor to sign up for iClub although that may limit your invitations to presentations) and (3) the presenters look more like America. Why will it work?- 1. My network- I have almost 50,000 social media followers from combined networks, including 34,000 from LinkedIn and a private Facebook group of over 1,500 dedicated to financial awareness. For over 10 years, I have branded myself in the area of capital raising for businesses and investment opportunities. I have started numerous investment clubs for individuals and organizations. 2. There is need and want- (1) For companies, businesses always need capital but particularly during these times. These are times for investors to get discounts on their investments, (2) Investors are looking for other opportunities to invest, not just in public markets, and to access it an easy way that is safer than if they went searching for private investment opportunities on their own and last, (3) Investors want to invest early in businesses to be more influential in the direction of the business but also to potentially grow their money overtime in the early stages.
  2. 2. Kendrick Advisory & Advocacy Group (KAAG) www.KAAG.co Disclaimer: iClub is an initiative of KAAG. Joining this network does not create an attorney-client relationship or an investment adviser relationship with KAAG or its owners, agents or principals. 3. The process- It is simple and streamlined. The concept and process are both straightforward. I have the background and knowledge to accomplish what needs to be done from a regulatory and legal standpoint. When will it work?- This only works if a minimum of twenty (20) people participate in each opportunity. Presentation frequency is based on the number of sign-ups from prospective companies. Important FAQs You Should Know: • This is NOT an investment firm; I will NOT be investing or managing your money. If you see an opportunity you like, invest in it. If not, don’t invest in it. • You will be required to sign a Terms & Conditions document that includes several important disclaimers and waivers about KAAG’s involvement in this transaction. • How do I get started? If you are a company that wants to present or a U.S. citizen with disposable income to invest, visit www.kaag.co/iClub or fill out this Questionnaire to request to be a Presenting Company. That’s it! Someone will contact you if additional information is needed. //////SEE NEXT PAGE////
