6. Viewpoints on Global Warming MEDCs and LEDCs have different augments on who should be responsible for cutting down Emissions. Also the public of different countries have different views on causes for Global Warming and some are not even aware of it. Developing Countries (LEDCs) Developed Countries (MEDCs) They want per Capita to be the spec for Emission cut down as this is much larger in MEDCs They are exempt from the Kyoto Protocol They are a lot less aware of Global Warming The majority believe that Global Warming is not a cause of Human Activity with the exception of Latin America.
