- Ensure process compliance -to make sure the process is beeing run in the correct way -e.g. Holidays are accepted firstly by manager, then by director or h.r. Automate tasks -to make specific task been made by system (like sending a mail) Streamline processes -to speed up process -due to automatically leading user by process user do his job faster. Things that used to be done in days now takes hours. -e.g. Ensure that right manager will get holiday application to accept in right time Track processes -to see who was involved in process, what was done, when -to get statistics of work, e.g. Time of response in help desk process.
