both the public and private sectors including medical a dental facilities ranging
from $50,000- $3Million.

ALTIMA HEALTHCARE - FIRST CANADIAN PLACE
Project Manager, Estimator
This project consisted of the interior build out of a 5,500 sq.ft. medical and dental centre located on the
lower lever First Canadian Place. The project scope of work included: extensive scanning and penetration of
the structural concrete floor and coordination of drainage piping through various secure sections of the
buildings below level parking, shipping and receiving, and bank vault areas located directly underneath the
space as well as complete medical grade lighting and electrical, HVAC. Plumbing, drywall, doors and
hardware, flooring, millwork, suspended ceiling systems, fire suppression systems signage and glazing.
Given the extensive below space piping requirements of this project coordination between all levels of
building management, The Bank of Montreal and assigned engineering and architectural consultants had to
be facilitated in order to achieve the timely redesign of various drainage systems as well as layout changes
required achieve the project goals.
OBSI OFFICES - STANDARD LIFE CENTRE 21st AND 24th FLOORS

This project consisted of the demolition of existing spaces within an occupied office environment and
subsequent build out of new office space in the Standard Life Centre. This projects scope of work included:
night demolition and clean-up of an occupied office environment, installation of new electrical and lighting,
HVAC, Plumbing, drywall, doors and hardware, folding wall and structural supports, glazing, flooring,
millwork, communications caballing, suspended ceiling systems, fire suppression system, signage and
glazing. Work on this project had to be completed primarily during nights and weekend and required a
phased construction schedule in order to minimize disruptions to the functioning of the office.
SUTHERLAND CHAN CLINIC - TORONTO DOMINION CENTRE
Project Manager, Estimator
This project consisted of the demolition of an existing space and build out of a 1,100 sq. ft. massage
therapy clinic on the lower level of the Toronto Dominion Centre. This projects scope of work included:
demolition of existing space and relocations of equipment from a former location, installation of new
electrical and lighting, HVAC, plumbing, drywall, doors and hardware, flooring, millwork, suspended
ceiling system, fire suppression system, glazing and signage.
MCI: THE DOCTOR’S OFFICE - ROYAL BANK PLAZA
Project Coordinator
This project consisted of the interior build out of an 18,000 sq.ft. medical and dental centre located on the
lower lever the Royal Bank Plaza in a constrained time frame of just over 2 months. The project scope of
work included: the installation of medical grade lighting and electrical, communication cabling, HVAC,
plumbing, drywall, doors and hardware, flooring, millwork suspended ceiling systems, fire suppression
systems and glazing. Given the time constraints this project required extensive coordination and
communication between all stakeholders in order to maintain constant and continual progress including
coordination with the selected contractor responsible for the build out of the dental clinic located within the
centre.

SNC LAVALIN O&M OFFICE- 1405 North Service Rd.
Site Superintendent Assistance
This Project consisted of the construction of 4 floors of offices for SNC Lavalin
O&M - Responsibilities included reviewing of drawings and change orders during site construction,
assistance in the reviewing and correction of deficiencies during project construction, assisting in the
erecting of partitions including metal studs, drywall, taping and sanding, daily cleaning of site and
completion of health and safety log for site.
