Fisher Container Corp., established in 1969 by Donald E. Fisher, is a major convertor of Flexible Plastic films, pouches and bags, and is located in Buffalo Grove, IL. The company has grown tremendously since 1968, both organically and through aquisition, and is currently listed in the top 40 largest United States plastic printer/convertors as published by the research group at Convertor Magazine. The company has evolved from its original form as a broker sales group, into a premier high quality manufacturer. We are a team of design and packaging professionals dedicated to providing innovative packaging solutions. Diversity has been our strength and continues to put us into a leadership position in a multitude of packaging applications and industries. Our company consists of two divisions: Fisher Container Corp. and Precision Clean Products.
The Fisher Container Division is a manufacturer and converter of outstanding, quality, flexible plastic products. The division produces picture perfect flexographic printing on wide web presses with large repeat capability. In addition, the division manufactures and supplies numerous films and packaging for over wrap, shrink, sleeves, shrink bands, pouches, bundling film, hanging rack, freezer, tamper evident, mailer, moisture and oxygen barrier, chemical resistance, etc.
Typical industries served are retail, food, baking, confection, pet food, bottling, canning, contract packaging, ice, mailer, and other industrial applications.
The Precision Clean Division manufacturers films, bags, and pouches in an ISO Class 4 clean room, and certifies products to specific surface cleanliness levels. This Division is the largest supplier of clean packaging and was the first clean room packaging, manufacturing and printing operation in the world to be ISO certified. Typical industries served are the pharmaceutical, aerospace, microelectronics, medical device, sterilization, clean garment, wafer fabricating, injection and blow molding, semiconductor, microchip and other industries requiring ultra-pure and clean packaging.
