with Partner and Customer Leads, including Network/Telecom, PC, Data Centers, Help Desk, and Facilities.
Complimented as “The glue that binds, the experience that guides”. Successfully utilized Customer Engagement
skills to de-escalate and resolve, or proactively address, customer issues or concerns. Lead cross–functional IT
teams on the EpiCenter Consolidation Project; the project involved termination of 12 leases, reduction of 387K sq
