Key Performance Areas
• Recruitment
o Understanding the requirements and filling the positions accordingly.
o Taking screening of the candidates, judging upon their communication skills, clarity,
sentence formation, thought process and other requirements with respect to the
organizational need.
o Coordinating the interviews and HR meetings.
o Lining up suitable candidates after initial screening for further rounds of interviews.
Follow up with candidates for final conversions.
o Follow up with offered Candidates.
o Designing of the Advertisement to be released in the Newspaper / Internet.
o Sourcing of Manpower and short-listing resumes.
o Arranging and co-coordinating interviews.
o Compensation negotiation at the time of interview
o Completion of all joining formalities and general introduction to all concerned
o Conducting exit interviews and submitting related reports
o Generating various reports for the management from time to time (manpower status,
employees compensation details, employees attrition status, employees
qualification, employees appraisal record, etc.).
o Conducting different kind of recruitment activities like Nationwide Advertisement,
