NEED OF A GOOD BODY POSTURE:
• KEEPS BONES AND JOINTS IN THE CORRECT
ALINGMENT THAT MAKES YOUR MUSCLES TO
WORK PROPERLY.
• DECREASES THE STRESS IN THE LIGAMENTS
HOLDING THE JOINT OF THE SPINE
TOGETHER.
• PREVENTS FATIGUE BECAUSE MUSCLES ARE
BEING USED MORE EFFICIENTLY,ALLOWING
THE BODY TO USE LESS ENERGY.
• PREVENTS STRAIN AND RELATED PROBLEMS.

DHANURASANA, BENDING YOR HEAD BACKWARD

IT IS A TERM USED TO DESCRIBE AN
INJURED CURVATURE OF A PORTION OF THE

FLAT FOOT OR FALLEN ARCHES IS A MEDICAL
CONDITION IN WHICH THE ARCH OF THE FOOT
COLLAPSE WITH THE ENTIRE SOLE OF THE FOOT
COMING INTO COMPLETE OR NEAR COMPLETE
CONTACT WITH THE GROUND.
GOING BAREFOOT,THROUGH BEACHES IS A
GOOD WORKOUT FOR THIS,WALKING ON HEELS
