Ms. Palwasha Etebari will share her insights working on e-governance in Afghanistan. Afghanistan’s e-governance sector currently lacks policy and regulations, and she proposes a strategic approach to implementing e-governance projects and initiatives. She will draw on case studies from her research in Estonia to highlight the importance of human-computer interaction design techniques for public services.
