estate brokers producing up to $40M in annual contracts, directing all aspects of at least one fix-and-
flip per year and managing various renovation projects, including the 5K sq. ft. project awarded

years as a Territory Manager across three counties, was promoted to lead sales efforts across two
states as a hands-on Division Manager.
 Developed relationships with contractors, municipalities, designers and owners as part of
selling the complete line of CPS products for residential and commercial projects.
 To advance account capture, taught one to two hour irrigation design seminars to contractors.
 Identified sales channel to launch and lead the company’s golf division to producing $250K in
additional annual revenue; developed and delivered product education presentations to grounds
committee members and decision makers before negotiating and securing lucrative contracts.
 As the company grew from four to seven branches, played a key role in the launch of three new
locations; established and marketed themes to produce record opening day sales.
