 The more it’s easy to become fat the
tough it is to shed it.

 To lose weight one has to be determined
and has to start controlling the mouth.

 Food is always tempting, but this
temptation can mar your road to
happiness if you do not tame it well.
 Be a little more conscious about yourself than
ever and follow some basic steps to get back
    into shape.

 Eat small meals at an interval of two to three
hours rather than having two or three large
    meals.

 This helps your system release less amount of
insulin that keeps the blood sugar level steady.

 It also controls hunger.
 Add plenty of vegetables to your diet.

 Study has revealed that water-rich foods
    like, cucumbers, zucchini or tomatoes
    reduce the calorie consumption.

 Moreover, vegetables are rich in protein
    and fibre.
 Eat mostly at home or home-cooked food
rather than thriving on street or junk foods.

 Apart from the hygiene factor, there is also
a tendency of eating more when you eat
    outside.

 Because restaurant foods are always
delicious not matter how much unhygienic
    it looks!
 It is very good to drink fruit juice but its best
    to chew the fruit itself.

 The fruit in a whole will keep you more
satisfied for longer time rather than a can of
    orange juice.

 Do some light exercise, yoga or walk
minimum 40 minutes a day to keep you fit
    and fine.
 Remember it is very important to move
your body as much as possible rather
    than slouching every time.

 These advices above are just in writing...
you will only feel the magic of these
advises when you actually follow it
    sternly.
