2. Ingredients:
-Some sponge cakes.
-½ of a glass with milk.
400 ml of cream.
-4 sheets of gelatine.
-500 grams of cream
cheese.
-75 grams of sugar.
-Grated lemon peel.
3. Instructions
First at all, we have to
wash our hands.
1)First, put some sponge
cakes in a recipient with
some milk.
2)Secondly, we have to put
all the cream in a pan. And
at the same time we need
to put all the sheets of
gelatine in a bowl with
some water.
4. 3)When the sheets of gelatine
are completely humid we add
them to the pan with cream. And
we also have to put there all the
cream cheese that we churned
before and some grated lemon
peel.
4)Then, we have to mix all
properly.
5)After that, we put the mix we
have done, over the sponge cake
base.
5. 6)Next, we have to put the recipient on the fridge
and we have to wait approximately two hours.
7)Finally, we have to take the cheese cake from
the fridge, and we can decorate it according to
our liking with jam, chocolate, caramel…
And it´s ready to eat!
