Part 1 Introduction and
Offensive Mindset. 
 This part is all about the high-level concepts you're 
going to need to know to be successful. Things like what 
biz development really means. That’s the core and 
what's in the common types of businesses on the 
relationships. You'll see which is critical foundation of 
developing your biz dev strategy throughout your career. 
The five mindsets you need to have for success. Also the 
offense and mindsets in the spin everything to overcome 
the fear rejection and to understand the key 
psychological principles to get more people doing things 
for you.
Part 2 Crafting your
Business Development.
This part covers everything from understanding whether
biz dev is right for your company at this moment to you
how to choose the best business development strategy
for you to use specific strategies. You can use to target
the initial partners and craft the ideal approach.
Part 3 Outreach and
Approaching Partners
Approaching people you want to deal with is where the
juicy of this course. It covers everything you need to
know in the approaching process. From here we'll talk
about ways to find key decision-makers. Even at
companies with thousands of people. You’ll know how
to connect with the right person. The cold email
virtuoso training you’ll learn how to find email
addresses. There are two different templates that you
can use that will always get people respond. We can go
over by consistently converting these initial email
interactions into meetings. You also learn some basics
cold calling and how to use the proper mixing email cold
calling and social media to set initial meetings even
when partners are initially unreceptive.
Part 4 Pitching.
You'll learn about pitching. We'll cover key things that
often cost people deals and contribute to companies
feeling such as, how to perfect position your startup.
You also learn the blueprint for building an amazing
deck complete with every single slide you need to have
as well as a specific example for you to work from. You'll
learn exactly how to execute the pitch in a way that
leads partners asking, Where do I sign? And How to
pitch a feature product that hasn't been bill yet which I
call pre-sales. Understanding pre-selling in how to do it
is another one of these skills I consider a superpower.
Because you can really validate whether somebody
actually wants the product before you spend a whole lot
of time.
Part 5 Winning the
Deal Funnel
This part covers all the components of the deal funnel
after your initial pitch. You learn the ins and outs and
everything from how to shaper deals to the finish line.
And keep the communication lines open to specific
ways. You can strengthen relationships and get by in
from key decision-makers. Also covers and specific
closing tactics you can use to seal the deal.
Part 6 Implementation and
Inbound Opportunities
The last part covers best practices for how to implement
relationships between two companies once the deal has
been done. This is super important because with a
contract implementation doesn't really mean much. So
in this part we're gonna cover key things you can do to
make sure this doesn't happen. As well as strategies for
managing partners and expanding relationships at them.
You also learn ways optimize the generation and
mangement inbound business development
opportunities. So eventually you can stop using all the
cold calling and calling emailing techniques that will
teach you earlier in the course.
