your immune system are made up mostly of protein.
FATS

The body uses fat as a fuel

source, and fat is

the major storage form of energy in the
body.

Vitamin A in carrots helps you to

see at night.
VITAMIN B

B vitamins in leafy green vegetables help your
body make

proteins and energy.
VITAMIN C

Vitamin C in oranges helps your
body heal if you get a  cut.
