Ingredients
300 g butter
125 g almond
½ tsp baking powder
1 pinch of vanilla
110 g powdered sugar
• 25 g Black rum
•
• 600 g of flour
• powdered sugar for dusting
• Beat the butter and the sugar
together in the

2. blender for about 20 minutes

3. • Gradually add the flour, the baking powder and
the vanilla.

Add the rum and beat for another 10 minutes.

4. • Make small balls and place them in a pre-heated
oven at 170ο C for 15-20 minutes.
• Let them cool and sprinkle with icing sugar.
