2.  Preparation
◦ Write what te meeting is seeking to achieve.
◦ The roles each person in the meeting is doing.
◦ Send it to every person in the meeting so the
will know what to talk about.

3.  Timing
◦ Ask everyone to be at the right time for the
meeting.
◦ Start the meeting at the stablished hour, don’t
wait anyone.
◦ Talk about each thing in a determinate time.

4.  The five minutes bell
◦ Each person in the meeting would have five
minutes to talk about their opinion, proposals
and their concerns with every goal or topic.
◦ No one should talk when other person is doing
it.
◦ Respect the time to talk
