● Suggestions for the new MC:
○ The Network is growing and the number of Councillors is growing
Be active, be eloquent, be out there
Identify needs and help communicate
○ Working Groups, Task Forces, Aggregation Platform
A lot of organizing has been done (governance structure, Task Force workflows etc.)
There is a fine line between Task Forces, Working Groups, and other groups
We still need to work out aspects of the big picture (position of Aggregation Platform)
Learn from successful initiatives
○ Ask not what Europeana can do for you…
You need to invest time and energy
Do boring stuff
But also meet interesting people, collectively solve problems, invent a new digital realm
