5. Magnetic Strip Sections
FloStrip is a simple magnetic component of the
FloBoard system, based upon the proven system in
air traffic control, we can make the strips to be plain
dry wipeable or a preprinted or printable strip. The
dry wipeable version is ideal for items that change
regularly and the preprinted/printable strip is more
suited to items that do not change but need to be
moved around the board such as personnel/vehicles
or assets.

7. The Board Title
All FloBoards require a title, the simpler the better.
The title is printed and is unlikely to change.
For good identification, it may be suitable to also
number each board where items are “handed off” or
changed between multiple boards

FloFrame is a clear magnetic framed cover which offers
the ability to display printed sheets in a protected fashion.
Ideal for company policies/ memos, phone lists and other
documents which may change on a regular basis.

9. Your Company Logo
Our designers are exceptionally talented and can
incorporate your corporate logo and company colour
schemes into the layout or your FloBoard.
Do not worry if your logo is only a low-res bitmap as we have
the ability to carefully trace and reproduce it with the
minimum amount of fuss.
Magnetic Clips
FloClip are magnetic bulldog clips that will attach to the
FloBoard allowing the clipping of paper, documents, job
bags and items that need to be moved from board to board
or just around the FloBoard.

11. Magnesium Elektron Progress Board
Magnesiums’s maintenance manager was looking for a
system to organise his fitter crews.
They run a 24hr maintenance shift and had problems
with changeover tasks not being completed and
prioritising problems. We designed a two board system
with a management board linking to a shift changeover
board. The process now runs seamlessly with shifts
taking ownership of each task with priority tasks clearly
displayed for each staff member to see.

13. Total Closure Planning Board
The Directors at Total Closure were looking for a
visual system to help the manage their numerous
traffic closure vehicles to schedule them into the busy
traffic management work they provide for clients.
Working closely with them we came up with a design
that ticked all the requirements and helped them to
work more efficiently and improve their profit
margins.

15. HJ Heinz PPE Shift Board
This was a tough one! We had to design a system that
was lightweight but durable and would conform to
strict food health standards. Using a hybrid of our
FloBoards and our Shadow board systems we
produced this design which met approval to be used
throughout the factory production line areas.

17. UK Sign Services Ltd Sales Progress
Its always difficult to design something for yourself
but this board has become the mainstay in our
marketing arsenal. This Board allows us to track sales
leads right the way through from initial enquiry right
through to delivery and invoicing and links closely to
our in house design, production and delivery boards.
This ensures we never miss any of the ISO quality
steps that are so important in giving us our
competitive edge.

19. DEMACO Heavy Part Tool Board
Using the actual parts for reference we designed and
manufactured this large scale shadow board to meet
the quality of storage required for a busy production
line. The board is made from marine grade stainless
steel and can be power washed regularly as need by
the client. The board ensures visual storage of parts
to ensure the line changeover goes to plan with no
missing parts or bad storage causing trip hazards.
