Executive Summary
When we search and evaluate the safety issues after the incident which is happened in our
organization we realize that we have to do something about it and then we plane to give a
training on health and safety. We want to realize our labor how important you are for you as well
as for your family. We want to give them a brief description on safety. And we found ourselves
very much satisfied and comfortable after delivering this training. When we planned about this
training we have to face some issue there is a big target in front of us how we can achieve our
this target. We follow the training process for our training this training process become really
helpful for us.
First we start with assessment we perceive our safety method give assessment forms to our
employee and labor in order to find some solid suggestions. There is six points of this step and
we have to fulfill and complete each and every point in order to meet success in order to develop
a good training so we work very hard for this training process. The 1st point of this step is to
clear objective so our objective is very clear after a very horrible incident we have to deliver
some teaching and training to avoid these type of incidents in future so this is our objective now
let’s move towards the next point that is to develop lesson plan. Our lesson plan is to keep our
training very professional but very much simple because most of our labor in our country are not
too much qualifies so that’s why we keep our training very much simple because learning of our
employees learning is very important and we can do this through reasonable training so that’s
why we keep our training simple.
After this we have to select material the material which we pick was based on videos ads
commercials emotional videos and on slides these all are our materials. After all that the time is
come to finalize a good and experienced trainer we assign Doctor Tahir Barlas for our training
because he is very experienced, qualified and skilful person. Now 5th step comes that’s is method
we choose of the job training method for our training in which involves lectures, slides, case
studies and videos. We found of the job training method best method for our training. In a way
we use both method’s because on last day we do practical of our training the staff will do the
work with all those safety equipment’s which we ask them to wear in training. After all this we
have to pick the dates of our training we pick 30,31,1 of January and February for our training.
Overall this was a great healthy and meaningful experience for us and for all of our employees
and we believe that after this healthy and learning training the horrible incidents must be
stopped.

Values
Integrity:
For close to three decades, Haleeb Foods Ltd (HFL) has sustained its reputation of being a
company which cherishes values such as fair play, honesty and reliability. Members of the
Haleeb family are determined to observe and follow the highest ethical standards required by
a company that is in the dairy sector and that aims to win and sustain the confidence of the

of this concept; we want to deliver to the consumer outstanding quality and taste in the shape
of our products; we want to deliver to the stakeholders; our investors and lenders the returns
and profitability. For the employees, we want them to stretch themselves and chalk out a
glittering future for this company and outstanding careers for themselves. For our business

Training & Importance of Training:
Training and career development are very vital in any company or organization that aims at
progressing. Training simply refers to the process of acquiring the essential skills required for a
certain job. It targets specific goals, for instance understanding a process and operating a certain
machine or system. Career development, on the other side, puts emphasis on broader skills,
which are applicable in a wide range of situations.
This includes decision making, thinking creatively and managing people. Training is the need of
any organization and every department of an organization. Training is must for the growth of
employees as well as organization. Trainings are really helpful for the newly joining ‘sin the
organization. Through training we can enhance the ability, knowledge, skills of our employees.
Training is the requirement of every employee.
A multinational organization uses the word training as strength to enhance the human resources.
Profitable organizations send their employees to foreign countries to enhance their strength.
Another reason behind this purpose is to perceive the organization behavior of foreign countries
learn their strength learn their dealings. These things are really helpful when those trainees come
back to their organization and implement those things which they have learned in the foreign
countries. So we can say that the training is the necessity for every organization and their
employees. Training gives strength to organization. So training helps organization to enhance
their human resources strength.
We are going to give training on health and safety. Most of our organizations did not follow and
did not care about staff, employees, labor health and safety. They are just focused on work, work
and work. So that’s why safety issue occurs in our big industries and organizations. Training on
safety is very valuable and necessity for the labor and other technical staff. We can avoid
incidents by giving the trainings on health and safety. We will give the knowledge to our labor
and staff and teach them how to work under the safe condition. Give the first priority to their
lives then to their work. Because labor is the strength of an industry and all the production is
depends on labor so we have to give importance to their lives.
We pick HALEEB FOODS INDUSTRY labor and other technical staff for training. Because
HALEEB FOODS is a big industry with a large number of labors and other technical staff so
that’s why we are picking their staff for training and to ensure that their labor learn about their
safety. We will implement this training through following of training process. Firstly we will
follow the very initial step of training process that is assessment and then we design the training
after this we will go for the 3rd step that is implementation and at last we should evaluate our
training. So we will give training on health and safety through the help of these four steps.

A need assessment is a process of identifying performance requirements and the Gap between
what performances is required and what presently exists.
Training Needs Analysis of Health & Safety:
The first step of any training program is identifying your employees' training needs. This is
referred to as a "Training Needs Analysis". This is achieved by the identification of the
difference between the skills and knowledge of an individual or group and the skills and
knowledge they require to carry out a particular task.
Training is an essential part of good food hygiene practice and is a legal requirement for all food
handlers. This course is designed for ALL food handlers, managers and proprietors of food
catering businesses and aims to give candidates a fundamental knowledge of the basic principles
of food hygiene.
Employees of HALEEB faced a big Hazard in their BOILERS DEPARTMENT. The big hazard
was that; the boiler was blasted & many workers were dying. Then, we go to HALEEB FOODS
& meet the head of department of HALEEB. They tell us about the boiler accident then, we are
suggested that they organize training about HEALTH & SAFETY. So, our main reason to

DESIGN OF TRAINING
TRAINING OBJECTIVES:
Our basic object behind this training is to ensure the safety of our staff and our labor because
labor is the actual backbone of a firm and we know that the labor have a big part in production in
industry. So that’s why we have to give importance to our labor and ensure their safety and
health. So this is the purpose behind this training.
We want to avoid horrible incidents in our firm. We want to give safe and comfortable working
condition to our labor. We want to give them 100% safe working conditions. We know that this
training is really helpful for them because most of our employees are does not care about their
safety they actually have no idea how dangerous is to work without safety and how important
this word safety to avoid some horrible incidents. So that’s why we are giving training on health
and safety.
LESSON PLAN:
This point is very important for our training. We have to
develop a solid lesson plan in order to give them a good
training. Because training is not just to give a 3 days speech
it is not just a speech it is training on labor and employees
safety we are going to talk on their safety we are going to
talk on importance of live and how to avoid horrible
incidents so we have to develop some solid lesson plan.
Our training is for employees and labor as we all know that
most of our labor is not qualified they are best and qualified
in technical field but most of them are illiterate in
schooling. So we keep our training simple we use simple
words our TNA evaluation form will be in simple words our
slides of training will be in simple words we will keep our
training simple. Speaker will speak in Urdu so that’s how
we can give them a solid lesson and they can learn better
from this training. We will show them some famous
emotion and important videos on health and safety.
We will realize them the importance of their lives and how important and precious they are for
their parents, wives and children’s. We will give them some fresh and learning atmosphere. At
the end of training we will give them some gifts through lucky draws that will give some
motivation and they will be focused throughout the training. So that’s how we will deliver our
program.

TIP & ADVICE OF WORKPLACE HEALTH & SAFETY
33. 33 |
The Occupational Health and Safety Administration is the arm of the government that regulates
safety and health in the workplace. This is a serious subject, and while some employers see this
as a burden, most understand that worker safety equals productivity. Accidents stop production,
and that fact alone can have a major impact on business, industrial or not. The experienced
employee that is injured is no longer available and that costs money and work quality. For this
reason a number of different firms have built businesses providing professional occupational
health and safety consulting.
The government has standards that companies must meet and these firms ensure the success of
the companies. Many of the services center around the training needed for workers and
management, although some firms specialize in facilities inspection consulting. While mainly for
industrial facilities, even offices have to meet fire safety and equipment safety requirements.
Whether its management training or on-premises consultation, it is considered a best practice to
evaluate a few companies and the services they provide. Business.com may be able to help you
in your evaluations, as it offers a host of resources about the OHSA, and the companies it
monitors. If you click the links on the left, they can help point you in the right direction and get
your started.
INSTRUCTION PLAN
All employees must know their rights and responsibilities regarding their safety and
health at work.
They should be aware of the general laws applicable to them. All employees have
entitlement to rest breaks and paid vacations
If you’re off sick from work and anxious about your job, you’ll find out practical
information on what can be done
In the case of corporations that produce large items the health and safety at work for
their staff may involve the right foot gear, shades, ear protectors and other protecting
apparel
Safety and health at work for those employed by a legal company or accounting
company would involve confidentiality, and cover against pissed off clients
Health and safety at work for those in the medical field involves proper disposal of
dangerous waste, ensuring to sterilize areas after patients have used them and
consistent private cleanliness to avoid spreading contagions.

Conclusion:
Result is always helps evaluators to evaluate the whole discussion. It will make easy to
understand the whole program. As a human resource expertise first we perceive in which
department we have to improve ourselves. Because of an incident which was happened in our
boiling machine. After that incident we knew that we have to improve our self in safety and
health. Because we loss the lives of some of our labor. We have developed some training for the
employees of the boiler’s department in order to safe or secure their lives. . All employees at
boiler’s department are given the opportunity to get themselves proper training about health &
safety. So overall we make a good plan of our training that will happen on the end of this month
and the very start of next month.
