Q:- How do you do pricing for services not mentioned on the rate card?
A:- We have provided basic service rates in our rate card. Pricing for the services other than
mentioned on the rate card will be quoted by our technician at the time of visit depending
on the work.
Q:- Do you provide AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract)?
A:- FixET provides AMC on few services like pest control and bundled up services of
electrician, plumber and carpenter.
Q:- Do you take up large contracts?
A:- Yes, we do large contracts which involve complete work for a house or office under
construction. FixET can take it on a contract basis – with material or without material.
Before taking on a large contract, we’d usually have to survey the worksite and give you a
quotation.

Q:- What is 15 Day guarantee?
A:- All our servicemen are professionals and experts in their domain of work. In the rare
circumstance that the work done is not satisfactory, you can file a complaint at our call
centre within 15days of the job completion and we will re-do your work free of cost or give
you your money back.
Q:- Where are FixET services available?
A:- Currently FixET services are available in West Delhi, but we are soon launching our
service across Delhi.
Q:- What if same technician is not able to fix the job properly?
A:- FixET is providing free service during guarantee period i.e. 15 Days. If a technician is not
able to give 100% satisfaction, FixET will send some other technician on its own cost.
