Have you recently read Hopeless by Colleen Hoover and looking for an equally
intense and all-consuming book? Well, look no further. Hopeless raised my
standards for a good book so high that I had some very disappointing
experiences with some of the books on the Amazon's best seller list. But this
book gave me hope again.
FOR YOU is about the sweet love between Aubrey and Sawyer, two lonely and
confused souls that are yearning for stability and love.
Aubrey is fleeing from her past while trying to parent her own sister. She lived
really horrible things because of the wrong choices of her mother and now has
to take care of her sister and pretend to be her mother. But with her young

3. age and the limited income as a waitress, she can only do so much as a fake
parent. And her own past with men and her mother's nasty boyfriend prompt
Aubrey to close her heart toward men altogether...Until the beautiful and sexy
customer with arms full of tattoos comes her way. Sawyer.
Sawyer is an artist and wants to give living on his talent a try, but doesn't want
to be limited by the conventional requests of people commissioning his art.

Honestly I was getting tired of the books about super rich, super controlling
men dominating some naïve girls. In that sense this story was refreshing. I
loved, loved, loved Sawyer. He felt so real in my head while reading the book;
his fears, hesitations, love, and loyalty for Aubrey. And his sense of humor. I
can only imagine the thoughts of people seeing me with a silly smile plastered
on my face while reading this lovely book.
My favorite quota from Sawyer, "My life is part-time. I'm a part-time artist, and
I work at a restaurant part-time, and now I've got this beautiful girl in my life,
and she only wants to see me part-time. What am I supposed to do? I've been
waiting for a sign to tell me how to fully live my life, how to give myself
completely to something greater than myself, and the only thing I can think
about is you."
