All you have to do to take advantage of this benefit is register your
MagnaClean warranties through the ADEY Installers’ Club.

Step 1: Log in to the ADEY Installers’ Club at http://installersclub.adey.co.uk

Step 2: In the ‘My Warranties’ drop down box, click ‘Register Warranty’.

Step 3: Fill in the product and customer details, don’t forget their email address!
Tip: If you are in a
hurry, click ‘Quick
Submission’ and
enter the customer
details later.

Now your customer will receive an email before the anniversary of their
install date with your contact details prompting them to get in touch with
you to arrange their annual service.
Here’s the message they will see:
Dear [customer name],
It’s nearly time for your MagnaClean filter to be cleaned to keep it working as effectively as the
day it was installed.
We recommend that the filter is cleaned by your installer as part of an annual boiler service to
ensure your central heating system continues to work efficiently.
To arrange for your filter to be cleaned, please contact:

reminders and scheduled installations as well as create your own events.
Tip: Be sure to check
‘Your Calendar’
regularly so you
don’t miss anything.

on top of your busy work schedule.
