ATTITUDE
Attitude is an expression of favor or disfavor toward a
person, place, thing, or event
A predisposition or a tendency to respond
positively or negatively towards a certain idea,
object, person, or situation. Attitude influences
an individual's choice of action, and responses to
challenges, incentives, and rewards (together
called stimuli).

Four Components of Attitude
• Affective: emotional or feelings
• Cognitive: belief or opinion held consciously
• Conative: indignation to action (it make person
to participate in any action.
• Evaluative: positive or negative response to
stimuli.

Iceberg in Relation to Individual Attitude
As identified earlier Icebergs is bigger than what will
appear on the surface: therefore, human attitude mimic
iceberg what will be known to people about you is only
10 percent while 90 percent is hidden if the 10% of an
individual attitude is good we cannot generalized that
individual is good or unless he proves otherwise.
The only thing that people may know about you are;
knowledge, skills, and hardworking etc. which
constitute about 10%, while the reaming 90% is attitude,
which people don’t know about you.

Rickards (1985) defines creativity as ‘the personal discovery process,
partially unconscious, which leads to new and relevant insights’.
Rickards (1988) also advocates a view of creativity as a universal
human process resulting in the escape from assumptions and the
discovery of new and meaningful perspectives, or as an ‘escape from
mental stuckness’. In broad terms he believes creativity is to do with
personal, internal restructuring.

Iceberg in Relation to Individual Attitude As identified earlier Icebergs is bigger than what will appear on the surface: therefore, human attitude mimic iceberg what will be known to people about you is only 10 percent while 90 percent is hidden if the 10% of an individual attitude is good we cannot generalized that individual is good or unless he proves otherwise.
