By clicking on one of these
four tabs (ribbons), you will
get access to all the
functionalities for the wall.
If you want to switch view,
just click this and a drop-
down menu will appear.
If you want to invite other participants for the SWOT
analysis, use the ”Share wall” functionality.
You can then add external people. The only requirement is
that they have an e-mail. Also, the external persons will
receive an e-mail in which they will only get access to the
wall. I.e., they don’t have to learn to use the whole system.
To create new notes
1. Click on the note icon or drag the note icon
down to the cell in the wall
2. Click the ”New note” link within each cell
To open the notes, double click on the notes.
Open th e green sideflip to open the
discussion functionality. Here you
can facilitate the SWOT analysis and
discuss in general.
This is the ”Discuss” view in
which you should to discuss and
comment on each SWOT
element.
Click on the ”Conversations” tab to read,
comment or write new conversation posts.
This is similar to the discussion of the wall
(sideflip). However, this discussion is only
regarding a single note. In this way, the
discussions will be focused!
When you have gone through the
brainstorming and discussion, the last part will
be to prioritize the SWOT elements.
Then you are all set. Your SWOT analysis is
finished! Easy, isn’t it?
