This document outlines Professor Gilly Salmon's Carpe Diem process for designing technology-enabled learning. The 6-stage process includes: 1) writing a blueprint, 2) creating a storyboard, 3) building a prototype, 4) checking reality, 5) reviewing and adjusting, and 6) creating an action plan. Key principles of the approach include scaffolding learning through e-tivities, designing with the end in mind, and allowing designs to be used multiple times.
