In talking to our team members we came up with four important aspects to what we think really inspires employee loyalty Core Values Employee Wellness Employee Recognition & Empowerment It Starts at the Top
  2. Core Values – permeate everything we do Came from our CEO, we hire and promote off of them ‘Walk the talk’- Core Values Assessments, with our examples
  3. Work/life balance – Wellness program – take care of employees -Expand on Core Values from prev. slide- Using sites like Glassdoor allow employees to comment on how we are doing. -Employees are pretty happy with the culture of MINDBODY
  4. Employee Wellness We could go on and on, we feed our employees MINDBODY Connect Workplace Vouchers- Connect Workplace Plug Corporate Recess Evolve Challenge (mention Rick)
  5. Recess -We have an entire team devoted to creating recess events for the company (once a month)
  6. Show them you care! – Wellness Challenge Evolve -Wellness initiative for our employees to kickstart a healthy lifestyle -Rick started a year ago -3 months nutrition counselling and gym memberships - Culminates in a 5k race

Admin has the freedom to set the mood of the office with decorating and little things that delight At Christmas, Admin makes hundreds of snowflakes and decorates the office Our employees have the freedom to do this here because our leaders promote this culture, in turn our employees want to promote it too

It starts at the top -You’ll notice we’ve mentioned Rick a few times throughout this presentation -MINDBODY started from his idea that business owners should have the time to do what they love. Rick also believes that health and wellness are vital to overall wellbeing -Rick runs 5k’s with employees, does pushup challenges, and lets employees test drive his Tesla -Rick’s vision has become our vision
