for Children Project Partnership, with
approval from the University of Vermontapproval from the University of Vermont
Office of Sponsored Programs,
Committee on Human Research, the
LOL-E Project hopes to demonstrate
the following …
• To provide educational opportunities
that allow for learners to participate in
a flexible time frame, through the use
of Internet-based technologies.
• To provide educational opportunities
that address multiple learning stylesthat address multiple learning styles
through the use of hands-on
opportunities and the use of online
Internet-based technologies.
• Since this is a research project,
data will be gathered to show the
effectiveness of the project goals.
• All data (surveys, quizzes, online
communications) will be kept
confidential. The project principalconfidential. The project principal
investigator will have access to
names and forward proof of
completion to the VT EMS office
as proof of participation.
• The practicals and online content
have been designed to follow
objectives by the National DOT
Refresher Course and the
American Academy of PediatricsAmerican Academy of Pediatrics
PEPP Course.
