We’ve come full circle
… observe the leveling
off of Bonita Springs
and Estero Florida real
estate sales.    There
were several additional
sold    (*228     total)
properties    recorded
after the report was
completed.

A     few    additional
closings were recorded
after the March 2012
market report was a
complete.
What is The Condition of Bonita
Springs Florida Real Estate Sales?

real    estate   in
Bonita Springs and
Estero Florida?

Many consumers
are surprised to
learn that about
eighty-five percent
of    closed    real
estate transactions
are    for   equity
owned real estate
which means no
bank involvement.

Southwest Florida
isn’t drowning in as
many foreclosures
as reported in the
