To put it simply, it is a description of the path
that leads from an idea to the fulfillment of that
idea; about the journey from dream to realizing
that dream.

commitment, confidence, competence,
consistency, and celebration.

7. Courage
The first point of the circle is about courage; the
courage to think up big ideas and believe in
them. Even though it can seem as if it
appeared out of thin air, you must still be able
to visualize the goal and dare to speak them
out loud. In other words, dare to tell about your
goals – not just on a little scrap of paper, but
also on a huge billboard, for all to see.

8. Commitment
Commitment is the next point along the circle.
It’s about taking responsibility for your own
project instead of sitting on your laurels,
expecting others to do it for you.

9. Confidence
Confidence is the third stepping-stone on the
road to success. It’s about believing that you
are good at what you do, and about building an
enormous self-esteem that can smash any
doubt that may arise to pieces.

10. Competence
Competence is also a key word. If I make sure
to keep track of developments and know what’s
happening within the sport, then the better
prepared I am to perform at the level needed to
win.

11. Consistency & Focus
The fifth step is about consistency and focus. A
lot of people dream big dreams, but once they
start working towards those dreams, they often
bail out and focus on other easier things.
