Back in my graduate school days, I had an incident where my arm rotated awkwardly and fractured my left humerus. The pain was rather unique in this regard. In his diagnosis, my doctor said that having full extension of my arm was a realm of impossibility. As discontented as I was, I researched various modes of rehabilitation hoping that I could maximize my reach towards this impossible. Shortly, I had surgery and rehabbed my arm day after day. In the three weeks after my surgery, I shocked my doctors with the straightness of my triumphant arm.
The rehabilitation of my left arm would not have been possible without a tenacious mindset coupled with a research-based experimentation app...
