  2. 2. Due to tight schedules people can get very busy in todays time for example; busy students, busy mothers, busy business executives, etc. Having all these busy people and also old people sometimes they would like someone who could fulfill their shopping need in order to get their desires without them interrupting their busy schedules/activities.
  3. 3. Our service is to significantly cut down on shopping time for busy customers who wish to utilize their time for other purposes. Customers will give our company a call, or contact us via the Smartphone Application; we shall do their shopping and deliver to their doorstep.
  4. 4.  We provide two services, the service of shopping on your behalf. We also provide shopping consultation. Compared to a few similar business we do provide the service at a lower cost along with high quality service, we also have many connections with different companies for discounts.  Xtra Hand will target the middle-aged, busy executives.  The target market for Xtra Hand is divided into three segments: i. Busy executives - who do not have the time to facilitate their needs. ii. Younger business persons and Students - who are either busy or just choose to have their time for luxury. iii. Old aged that cannot get around much to shop what they desire
  5. 5. We ensure it is quite easy for the customer to get in touch with the company via the Smartphone Application and the company only delivers high quality products from companies that are trending in the present market. The company has a high potential in achieving profits as it is a service that will always be needed in the market by one or another individual.
  6. 6. Competitor analysis;  This is a luxury service. An affordable cost will be needed to maintain clients and keep their needs constant. Therefore customers can remain with us rather than substituting.  The business service is quite easy to start up therefore new entrants are a major threat; thus the company will have to continuously keep the clients happy in order for them to remain loyal.  Rivalry among the existing firms is not a major problem for our company as there are very less companies that offer the same services as our company.

Competitor analysis; Bargaining power of suppliers is not that high as there are very many substitutes for the company therefore the company receives high quality products; which further make our clients happy. Since our company will be providing high quality products for the same price or even lower upon receiving discounts our buyers will have no bargaining power which is an advantage for the company.
  8. 8.  Overall marketing strategy;  Buy the Time will concentrate on expanding in metropolitan areas that have significant growth of young business persons and executives. Starting in Istanbul, it will grow.  The company will advertise itself in all social media platforms.  The target customer is a busy business person unable to find time for purchasing custom goods. We will provide this tailored service to work around their schedules, while maintaining a low cost.  The company will provide discounts, give aways and promotions from time to time to its clients on a seasonal basis in order to win and spread more attraction of the company to new customers.
  9. 9. The company has two owners who are also the main and only team of the company when it is concerning buying the products for our clients, both Hajra and Kutad and very skilled in the fashion industry which helps in delivering our service of shopping consultation, and also helping choose best product for our customers. Young Mid 30’s Entrepreneurs, the team also has 8 drivers to deliver the products to our customers who are well trained and punctual. Good communication skills, well organised, team players.
  10. 10. It has been an year since the company began delivering its services, it has achieved its breakeven point and also its still growing, as we plan to grow the company into different sectors of the industry.
  11. 11. The company has managed to get funding from its owners Hajra & Kutad who have given in 60% of the company’s funding, the rest percentage had been taken on credit as a loan. Xtra Hand seeks to expand as it has been quite successful so far, the company makes huge profit overall the industry is quite profitable.
