Breakthrough solutions start with assumption-challenging questions and it’s a leader’s obligation to surface them. In this unique MIT Executive Education course (based on the book "Questions are the Answer"), Hal Gregersen and Sam Abell use photography as a powerful mode of learning the key skills required when asking and answering the right questions. On September 23-25, 2019, executives brought real challenges to the workshop and left with research-based insights and methods for transforming themselves, their teams and their organizations into being more curious, fearless, and ultimately, innovative. During the workshop, Marsha Dunn captured our key insights and we're sharing them here for others to gain value from our collective experience.
