2. Story about ČR The Czech Republic consists of three parts: Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia. Formation – 1st January 1993 Entry into the European Union - 1st May 2004 It borders on Austria, Poland, Germany and Slovakia Population: more than 10 milion people It has 14 regions

3. Crown Jewels In the Czech Republic we have precious crown jewels. They are hidden in the Prague Castle.

4. Symbols of the Czech Republic Czech flag Large national emblem Banner of the President State Seal Small national emblem Our flag has three colours: white, red and blue. Then we also have various other symbols for example: the anthem. National anthem

7. Rivers In our country, there are many river: longest Vltava, widest Labe and here in Choceň flows Tichá Orlice. Tichá a Divoká Orlice Vltava Labe

8. President and Praque Castle Our Czech president is called Václav Klaus. In the picture here you can see the Prague Castle, where he resides. VÁCLAVKLAUS
