Connect: Every machine on the floor,
every well in a field, streaming
information into the Watson IOT
platform. Every manual, procedure,
work card, incident report, read,
interpreted, broken down and
available whenever needed
Predict: The advisor is looking at
thousands of bits of information to find
the specific indicators that precede a
failure. In addition, each note, log, and
work order placed into the system is
scanned for clues and fed into the
predictive model.
Repair: Each page of each manual is
read and indexed, along with any
information that would relate it to a
particular machine, or procedure.
Videos are transcripted, and third party
information is indexed and made
available as well. Every bit of
information available is used.
Optimize: Each conversation, each repair,
work order, etc. is read back into the
system after completion. Incremental
adjustments are made automatically.
Periodically, the system is scanned for
inefficiencies. Patterns are identified that
show where improvement can be made,
and the system is improved.
