QUO WARRANTO
QUO WARRANTO. In old English practice. A writ, in the nature of a writ of right for the
king, against him who claimed or usurped any office, franchise, or liberty, to inquire by
what authority he supported his claim, in order to determine the right. It lay also in case of
non-user, or long neglect of a franchise, or misuser or abuse of it; being a writ
commanding the defendant to show by what warrant he exercises such a franchise, having
never had any grant of it, or having forfeited it by neglect or abuse. 3 Bl. Comm. 262.

H.E. HRH King Julius Bazan Divinagracia filed a Quo Warranto against Ricky Nathaniel, Alvin Loong and
Peter Grey who claim themselves as Senior Judges of ICJ-ICC.ORG. The Quo Warranto address how did each of them
and their judicial members derived their power, authority and jurisdiction to be seated on the Imperial Royal ICJ-ICC
Court as Judges, each of them, failed to show cause nor addressed the King’s Quo Warranto. Therefore, by not legally
addressing the issue, collectively, illegally usurp their authority, which nobody is bound to obey, and such organization
remain a fraud.
The original Sovereign Imperial Royal Permanent Court of International Justice (PCIJ), Sovereign Imperial
Royal International Court of Justice (ICJ) and Sovereign Imperial Royal International Criminal Court (ICC),
collectively, is hereinafter, officially under the power, authority, original and exclusive jurisdiction of H.E. HRH King
Julius Bazan Divinagracia of The Alpha & Omega Divine Government, The Kingdom of The Philippine Islands,
Imperial Sovereign Royal The United States of North America – The Republic of North America, in the Family of
Nations.
Further, the United Nations, an NGO, comes under the power, authority and jurisdiction of 8216 and 8217,
which 8216 and 8217 derived from H.E. HRH King Julius Bazan Divinagracia Alpha & Omega Mother Account,
thereafter, the United Nations, granted recognition and status to the original International Police Commission,
Philippines (IPC). Therefore, it is hereby order that the original IPC remain under the power, authority, original and
exclusive jurisdiction of H.E. HRH King Julius Bazan Divinagracia. It is further hereby noticed that the IPC shall
come under the original Royal ICJ-ICC, as the Court’s International Enforcement Agency, and hereinafter known as
The Royal ICJ-ICC-IPC.

II IS HEREBY ORDER, that the names listed below are hereinafter terminated and hereby order to cease
and desist operation and all activities under the name of Sovereign Imperial Royal Permanent Court of International
Justice (PCIJ), Sovereign Imperial Royal International Court of Justice (ICJ) and Sovereign Imperial Royal
International Criminal Court (ICC), as neither of you have no authority to act or represent any and all sovereign
corporations, governments and government agencies coming under the ownership, power, authority and jurisdiction of
8216 and 8217, to wit:
