Customer Interaction through SML (social Media Learning)


A SML (social Media Learning) application can be utilized to engage a two way multi level
conversation between

    1. Company co-ordinator and various groups of customers based on different products /
       services offered by the company.
    2. Customers of various groups based on different products / services offered by the company
    3. Customers of particular product / service.

The following figure depicts the various levels of interaction that can take place.




The application offers engagement through

    1.   Sharing files
    2.   Blog
    3.   Pages where information related to product / service can be added.
    4.   Wire posts of 140 characters


At each and every stage, control can be exercised as to whether you can go public or not.
