NET NEUTRALITY THE COUNCIL OF EUROPE RECENTLY APPROVED AND PUBLISHED STRONG NET NEUTRALITY GUIDELINES FOLLOWING A MEETING IN STRASBOURG. THIS REPRESENTS ANOTHER MAJOR TALKING POINT IN WHAT HAS BECOME A FIERCELY FOUGHT DEBATE ALL OVER THE WORLD. BUT WHAT ACTUALLY IS IT NET NEUTRALITY? AND WHY IS IT SUCH A BIG DEAL? ISP THIS IS HOW THE INTERNET LOOKS NOW. INTERNET ISP INTERNET THE INTERNET WITH NO NET NEUTRALITY. ISP ISP ISP ISP ISP’S COULD BLOCK ACCESS TO CERTAIN SERVICES OR WEBSITES.
