Waiving Benefit Plan Coverage

Your Life Events
At times, you may experience life events that impact your benefit
enrollments. Some examples include:
 A marriage
 A divorce
 The birth of a new baby
 An adoption
In Employee Self Service, when you update your personal
information with a life event, you are shown each step of changing
your benefit enrollments, if necessary.

Question: Can other employees see my personal
information?
Answer: No. Only you can see information that’s personal
to you.
Question: How do I go to the Web site?
Answer: Enter https://workforcenow.adp.com.
Question: Whom should I call with questions?
Answer: Call your practitioner with questions.

FAQs (Continued)
Question: If I make a mistake while entering a change, how
can I go back and correct it?
Answer: Access the page that includes the relevant field,
change the erroneous entry, and save your new
entry. This change overrides your prior changes.
Question: When a change is made, when does it become
effective?
Answer: It depends on the type of data being changed. In
some cases, such as an updated phone number,
a change becomes effective immediately.
