6. SAMPLING & DISPENSING BOOTHS
TTAFS of Sampling / Dispensing Booths Our product range
also comprises of Scientific Instruments, Scientific
Incubators and Scientific Equipment.
These are overhead clean air modules mounted with
Stainless steel frame on the ground. Units can be built with /
without casters so the clean enclosure can be moved over
equipment or used to isolate a controlled process. It is
basically used for filling, refilling weighing and sampling /
Dispensing of Raw Material, Basic Compounds, Active
Compounds. It works on the principal of Laminar Air Flow
with HEPAFilters & Pre-Filters.
This will act as a 100 Room. Protection of the personnel in
the cabinet from the processed substances by vertical flow
with Reverse Flow of clean air protection of the raw and
intermediate products to be processed. Protection of the
room where the cabinet is built up and environment from
highly active substance which otherwise would disperse in
the room and escape in the atmosphere unfiltered. Safe

FUME HOODS
Fume Hoods solutions offered by us are ventilated enclosures
that comes designed fo0r effectively handling components
like vapors, exhaust fumes, mists and particulate matter that
is generated within hood's interiors. With these fume hood
structures being boxlike structures, these come with open
side/sides for easy access to interior of hoods. Under the
involved process, a transparent, movable panel known as
sash allows users to restrict/enlarge hood opening.

Hood is connected, via ductwork to exhaust fan that is
normally located on roof of building where hood is located

TTAFS make Static Pass box is designed to minimize
traffic and cross contamination between two areas; and at
the same time transfer parts, tools, and products, WIP etc.
from one area to another area.
