focus on collecting, storing and enriching labour market-related data for the purpose of improving the recruitment
of employees (or staff) by employers and increasing international mobility.
The Global Talent Acquisition Monitor (GTAM) is a large-scale study of the labour potential on the European labour
market. The GTAM has been conducted in 28 European countries with approximately 60,000 respondents being
questioned. The data in GTAM gives insights in:
How do you reach your international target group? Insights in pull factors, employment conditions, job search
channels, favorite apps and websites for recruitment of active and passive candidates;
How do you attract international talent? Insights in drivers of internationally mobile people, popular cities and
countries for your target group, and the factors that are most important in a job;
Candidate experience: learn about expectations of the application process, negotiating the contract, the
