The Palace Tower is in the same building as the conference center so it's just a simple elevator ride
down to the conference and exhibit area. The Forum Tower is on the opposite side of the Garden of
the Gods pool area.
You can either walk around through the lobby, casino and restaurants or exit to the pool level and
walk across to the conference area. Both are beautiful rooms at a great conference rate, if you don't
mind the walk the Forum Tower rooms are a great savings and still have all the amenities that
Caesars Palace offers.

5. #PAY - We're Well Under Way!
We're also pleased to announce that Caesars Palace has agreed to allow use of the conference room
area on the Monday, August 19th for some pre-event boot camps, workshops and masterclasses.
The Pompeian Ballrooms 5,467 sq ft separates into four individual spaces that will seat 90 people
each in a classroom setup, 135 in theater style and even more for reception or banquets.

We have one last announcement to make before we close out this blog.
We've recently launched the #PAY Podcast Show where we'll be interviewing the disruptive innovators
speaking, sponsoring, exhibiting and guiding the show as we head into August. Each week we'll have
a new episode with a distinguished guest that is participating in or supporting the #PAY event.

We'll be announcing and adding our first round of speakers, and highlighting our sponsors, exhibitors
and media partners to the website as well as information on accommodations and travel for
delegates attending the event.
We've also extended our free exhibit hall registrations throughout February and invite everyone to
attend network with our sponsors & exhibitors.
The #PAY event is shaping up and we're looking forward to hosting a world-class event.
Our call for papers is open and we have opportunities for speakers, sponsors, exhibitors and
workshops for our the event.
It's all being staged August 20 - 21, 2019 at Caesars Palace, Las Vegas.
