Ioana started her career as a copywriter in 2006. In 2011 she joined McCann Bucharest. After working for most major brands in the market, at 26, she was named Group Creative Director of McCann Bucharest for all the Coca-Cola Company brands, where she developed campaigns for both the local and regional market. With a mixed experience of digital and integrated, at 29 she's named Executive Creative Director in MRM//McCann, the most awarded digital agency in the market, to take the creative team to a next level of digital integrated campaigns.
