- Once you found your biggest bottleneck, focus on making major changes to improve it’s capacity. Any improvement done before or after constrain will not have any impact on the overall system performance. We’ve seen it in the sprint 2. When we added Sara security to the Scrum team, the team was able to build more products. But it didn’t help to deliver more products to the customers as our major bottleneck was in the deployment process.
