Activity 2: Mapping our community spaces
There are 3 questions each on a separate sheet of paper
around the room:
»What are the opportunities/drivers in your institution to build
digital capability?
»What are the resources are already used in your institution/ what
other resources do we need to develop?
»What are the barriers/challenges to driving forward digital
capability in your institution?

Task
1. Split into 3 evenly sized groups, one per question
2. Contribute to each topic in turn, adding ideas where they seem to
fit (generating a crowd-sourced mind map)
› 1st question – 15 mins
› 2nd question – 10 mins
› 3rd question – 5 mins
3. Add your institution on a post-it note to ideas that are key for you
3.15pm finish and return to main room for the plenary panel session
