January 2016 to Present
FM Sylvan Corp
o Lead Supervisor over the safe construction of a new 35 million dollar LNG
(Liquified Natural Gas) Plant for South Jersey Gas Company.
o Supervised all aspects of Large and Small Bore Piping installation, supports, and
testing
o Developed and coordinated specific on site design changes and implemented
changes in a timely manner with very little impact to the original schedule
o Direct oversight of all rigging activities such as cranes, forklifts, chain falls etc.
o Held daily safety meetings and Pre-Job Briefs with all of the craft.
October 2015 – January 2016
AZZ / WSI
o Salem Nuclear Power Plant Unit 2.
o Supervisor of changing and replacing 3 sets of 84” Circulation Water System
Headers. These included (3) 24,000lb valves, (3) 1600lb elbows, and (3) 1400lb
straight spools in the Turbine Building.
o Scheduled and coordinated the Engineered Heavy lifts.
o Directly supervised the Craft and Foreman’s on a daily basis.
o Held daily schedule and safety meetings.
o Completed the outage on time and under budget.
3. August 2014 – August 2015
Wachs Specialty Services
o Lead Mechanical Superintendent over the installation of all large bore, small
bore ASME III and non ASMEIII piping, supports, and restraints for (2) new
AP1000 Nuclear Power Plants at Votgle 3&4.
o Directly supervised and instructed all Foreman’s and General Foreman’s to safely
and efficiently install all piping associated with these modules.
o Developed and coordinated all inspections I.E QC VT and NDE, ordered all tools
and material, developed schedules and milestone dates, and coordinated the
delivery and retrofit of all pipe spools.
o Worked together with Mechanical Engineering Westinghouse for the many
design changes that we had to implement.
o Held daily schedule update meetings with management.
o Held daily Safety and operating experience meetings with all craft and
supervision.
July 2013 – July 2014
AZCO Inc. LS Power
o Lead Supervisor over the complete construction of (2) Hertzg Boiler, Steam
Turbine, Natural Gas Fired, Combined Cycle Electrical Power Plants.
o Developed and Implemented realistic schedules and milestone dates.
o Developed and coordinated all Heavy Lifts and Crane activities.
o Developed and coordinated all welding activities I.E. QC inspections, weld
procedures, pre and post weld heat treatment, weld wire issue, weld wire

o Pipefitter Foreman for re-fueling outage at Salem Unit 1.
o Supervised a team of pipefitters in the daily task of safely removing and or
cutting out various valves and piping in accordance with Field, Design, Weld
Engineering and Plant Specifications.
o Work was also completed in a safe and timely manner and met all of Quality
Specifications.
4. June 2012 – January 2013
SGT (SteamGeneratingTeam) URS / Areva. Sequoyah NuclearSteamGeneratorReplacement
Project. Superintendantof Upper/ LowerLateral RestraintsandRupture Restraints.
o Key member of a supervisory team that performed the coordination, field
monitoring, work scope, safety and organizational adherence to the SGT / TVA
SGR execution plan.
o Teamed with Field Engineering, Design Engineering, Weld Engineering, and
Quality Control in the planning and execution of work packages associated with
the installation of upper and lower lateral restraints as well as various rupture
restraints for the four new Steam Generators at Sequoyah.
o Directed craft on priorities and scope of work to ensure there was clear
understanding and questions were answered in a timely fashion.
o Held daily Safety Briefs with the craft under my supervision and monitored their
Safety throughout the day’s activities.
o Ensured scheduled activities were completed in a safe and timely fashion and
that the reporting was accurate.
o Procured QA and Non-QA material, tools, and rendered assistance as needed to

Shaw Group Grand Gulf Nuclear Extended Power Uprate Project
Lead Turbine Building Coordinator, Responsibilities included:
o Key member of a logistics teamthat performed the coordination, field
monitoring, work scope, safety and organizational adherence to the GGNS EPU
execution plan.
5. o Teamed with GGNS work groups, EPU superintendents and project managers to
ensure synchronous movement of all material into and out of the Turbine
Building.
o Directed craft on priorities and scope of work to ensure there was clear
understanding and questions were answered in a timely fashion.
o Supervised 3 Rigging Crews in all aspects of rigging I.E chain falls,
o Held daily safety briefs with superintendents and their craft.
o Heavy Lift Coordinator for the MSR Replacement Project, Stator Replacement
and Rotor Replacement.
o Interfaced with numerous projects to ensure crane usage was maximized.
o Reviewed schedule for proper resource loading i.e. cranes, craft, etc.

o Managed installation of the mechanical piping for the heating boilers and VAV
systems. (Thirty Pipe-Fitters working large bore and small bore steel welded
pipe, Victaulic Piping, Threaded steel pipe, Copper soldered / brazed piping and
various piping hangers/supports).
o Directed craft on priorities and scope of work to ensure there was clear
understanding and questions were answered in a timely fashion
o Ensured scheduled activities were completed and reporting was accurate.

o Supervised twenty welders / pipefitters during the removal and replacement of
the Steam Generator blow-down piping system.

Generator Change -Out (upper and lower lateral supports) Project.

PICO Mechanical Valero Refinery Coker and Flare Tower Upgrade
o Worked as pipefitter foreman in charge of all 2” stainless steel socket welds and
supports for the hydraulic system on the 80” slide gate valves for the coker unit
o Worked as pipefitter foreman on piping and valve upgrades to 2 flare tower
plants in the refinery
o Conducted supervisor walk downs and Safety Briefs with the craft working under
me
o Supervised the LOTO (Lock Out Tag Out) procedure that was used to ensure
system isolation
2006 – 2007
Heavy Rigging and Lifting Instructor Salem Hopecreek Nuclear Power Plants
o Developed and implemented a rigging course for all craft (pipefitters,
ironworkers, electricians etc.) that were hired on to the re-fueling outages at
Salem and Hopecreek Nuclear Power Plants
8. o After given the instruction, I then implemented written and practical exams to
evaluate whether or not each and every individual had a good solid grasp on
rigging and rigging safety. Upon completion of the course and a passing grade
they were given PIC (Person In Charge) of rigging certification
