6. THEME OF “PEOPLE ARE PEOPLE”
AND
MAIN CHARACTER
My people book will deliver a very simple message and I believe will
teach children and adults all over the world to look at each other with
love, respect and equality.
It will deliver a message about the cultural traits and beliefs that
make people different and the most important human traits that make
people the same.
The main character in the story is a young African American boy in a
gray suit. I would like to have him included and reacting to all of the
scenes that are painted throughout the book. He will be a spectator
watching what people are doing and changing his facial emotions
and body gestures based on what the lines say and what he is
looking at. He will represent humanity as we see and start to realize
that all people are the same in the things that really matter in life.
