file.
• Tax validation – I ensure all work tax and unemployment information matches the employees work address
information and change as necessary.
• Terminated Employees with Active payment report – I make sure all terminated employees have no active payments
and I will make changes as needed to employee records
• Review client’s actions in and changes made in system to maintain accuracy between system and payroll file.
Work with client when issues arise.
• Review employee benefits to ensure all employees are correct. I correct any errors found and forward issues to
client.
• Work with client to ensure transactions by client are correct and run successfully in SAP
